Terms and Conditions
We offer football training services which may include, but are not limited to, physical conditioning, skill development, tactical understanding, nutrition advice, and mental coaching.
**Eligibility:**
Participants must be of legal age to consent or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Additionally, participants should ensure they are medically fit to undergo intensive physical activity.
**Payment:**
Fees for our services must be paid in accordance with the pricing structure provided at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
**Scheduling and Attendance:**
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled training sessions. We reserve the right to alter training schedules as necessary and will provide notice of any changes.
**Cancellation Policy:**
If you wish to cancel a training session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify within this period may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the session without refund.
**Code of Conduct:**
Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant from the program for misconduct.
**Health and Safety:**
Your wellbeing is our priority. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe training environment, participation is at your own risk. You must inform us of any existing injuries or health concerns.
**Liability:**
We are not liable for personal injuries or any loss of, or damage to, personal property.
**Amendments to Terms and Conditions:**
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after amendments signifies acceptance of the new terms.
**Governing Law:**
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our program operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
**Acknowledgment:**
By participating in our Football Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy outlines how we handle requests for returns and refunds for our Football Training Program services. Our aim is to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with our services, but we also understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is sought.
**Program Cancellation by Client:**
- If you need to cancel your enrollment in our program, you must inform us in writing no less than [2] days before the program start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations received within [2] days before the start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of [10 percent] of the total service cost.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after the program start date or for participants who fail to attend without notice (no-shows).
*Program Cancellation by Us:**
- In the rare event that we must cancel a program, participants will be notified immediately, and a full refund or credit will be issued.
**Refund for Services:**
- Services rendered by our Football Training Program are not eligible for a refund once the service has commenced.
- If a participant is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must contact us within [3] days of the service delivery to discuss potential resolutions.
**Medical or Extenuating Circumstances:**
- Participants who cannot attend the program due to medical reasons may be eligible for a partial or full refund with valid medical documentation.
- Refund requests due to other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
**Merchandise and Products:**
- Any physical products sold as part of the training program must be returned in original condition within [7] days of purchase for a full refund.
- Products that are damaged or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
**Refund Process:**
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
**Additional Provisions:**
- This Return and Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
- We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice.
**Acknowledgment:**
- By enrolling in our Football Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return and Refund Policy.
